CEO

Cristina A. Colon, Esq. was born and raised in Puerto Rico and is a Public Communications graduate from American University in Washington, DC and an attorney licensed to practice in Florida, Washington D.C., and the federal courts of the United States.

Jose Cintron
Lead Associate

Mr. Cintron recently retired from government service after a distinguished career in the field of housing and community development in which he served for close to forty years.

Marcus D. Goodson
Lead Associate

Marcus D. Goodson is a seasoned and experienced organizational leader, with over twenty years of chief executive and senior administrative leadership experience in the public sector.

Victoria Main
Lead Associate

Mrs. Main brings a plethora of knowledge from her distinguished career with HUD. She began her career in affordable housing with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in Washington, DC, where she served in a number of roles, including Special Assistant in the Office of Troubled Agency Recovery.

Gary Causey
Senior Associate

Gary Causey is the former HUD/CPD Jacksonville Field Office Director where he served in that capacity for thirteen years and CPD Program Manager for 14 years prior to becoming Director. Over his career, Gary has shared his expertise and knowledge of community development programs.
